My BFF, just skinnier

Just clearing my mind.. Super super proud of my BFF Bobbie Joe. She had gastric bypass a few months ago and is looking GREAT. Her dedication through this process has been out of this world. It wasn't easy for her. We have both been the same size since Elementary School. Her weight has been an issue with her for years now. She is such a beautiful women and with or without her weight problem and I have always thought that.
She did this for her and she is proud of herself too. It took alot of guts and courage to do what she did. She has inspired me to lose this weight and look and feel better.
I am not going to do the surgery but I will excercise and eat better. She can't be hott and me not!
I love you Bobbie.....you are an awesome friend. You have been with me through everything in my life and I am greatful for that. I couldn't make it without you!
God put you in my life and we will always be BFF's!

I don't remember it being this bad

My daughter is now in 2nd grade. I never in a million years thought 2nd grade would be so difficult. Homework every single night...she does give them a break on Fridays. I am not a happy person during the week knowing we have 2 hours of homework to do and neither is my poor child.
I don't remember it ever being so much homework when i was little.
I am tired just thinking about what's waiting at home tonight.

family, speak for not to speak.

You know, I remember being a teenager. I also remember how difficult it was. We have a large family, lots and lots of neices and nephews!
The ages range from 1 yrs old to 33.....it's pretty wild!
We have realized that we, as Aunts, cannot control them. We haven't tried to control them, just guide them. I figured that was one of my repsonisibilities as an Aunt.
My 13 yr old neice decided to curse on FB alot this past year........13!!
So, my sister(not the mom) and I thought that we would correct her and ask her to please stop, not only is it embarrassing to us, it can also hurt her in the long run.
The last time we confronted her with it, she said it was "her facebook and she should be albe to express herself as she pleases". No support from her mom, which makes even more difficult for us. Mom thinks it's good that she expresses herself...Expressing oneself is great, but when you talk bad about someone else and curse and putting your business out for everyone to see is not!
So she deletes us (family) and keeps her old FB, creates a new FB and requests us to be her friends.......NOT!
We are not stupid..
So, from here on out, we will keep our mouths closed, no longer worrying about what they do. we will focus on our own immediate family and no one elses!

Another one of my...IDEA'S!

I really want to try writing a book.......Not sure how to even start. Someone told me to start jotting down thoughts as much as possible and eventually put it all together.
I have an idea of what I want to write ABOUT just not sure how to even begin.
If anyone can give me guidence I would be greatful!
